Q: Are the jiggers marked with measurements inside?

No they are not. I had to go back to my original order to find out what sizes they are.

Q: Does de shaker comes with weights?

It’s a drink shaker. Not sure why it would it would need weights. You use ice. But according to the second pic that shows everything included, it come with 4 stones. You can use those as weights for whatever reason but they are actually for making your drink “on the rocks”.
