Great look and quality
Love this suitcase, it’s light, great size for what we need. The design is cool and practical but wish they weren’t as expensive.

Warranty needed
Hi, I purchased a Samsonite Omni PC hardshell suitcase from Amazon on 16 August 2024. One of the wheels has now failed during normal use. The suitcase has been used as intended and the wheel failure was not caused by an accident, misuse, or unusual handling. Given the relatively short period of use, I believe this is a product/manufacturing defect covered by the Samsonite warranty. I would like to request a warranty replacement for the suitcase. If the Omni PC is no longer available, I would be happy to accept an equivalent Samsonite replacement. I can provide photographs of the failed wheel and my Amazon order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please let me know how I can arrange the warranty replacement.
