Received the products on time. The color, size, looking are exactly the same as the photos. I like its design of simplicity. The blinds can easily go with any style of furnitures.Also, their customer service are very responsive. I asked some questions about installation. They always responded within 24 hours.

We have a loft in our new house that has 3 large windows that look directly into the neighbors windows. We wanted both a sheer shade for privacy and natural light, and a blackout shade for watching movies without reflection. These blinds do the job and overall, I like how they look. However, some things to note:- If you want blackout for watching movies, you'll want to buy the ones that go over the window, not inside the window like ours are. We didn't have the space for over-the-window, and thought it would look nicer being inside. So we get strips of light on the screen still. I can ignore it usually but my husband is more annoyed by it.- Having the shades installed inside the window will block a good 4 inches or so of light at the top. I didn't think I'd notice that but I do.- The shades get dents and creases very easily. The installation process alone had us creating visible and permanent creases.- There were some mistakes made in the creation of one of our shades. It arrived completely jammed up in the unit and it took us half an hour to figure out how to wrench it out of there with minimal damage. And the bottom weight was attached so that the shade was wrinkled a bit. I emailed back and forth with the customer service, who suggested a fix, but due to the location (tucked behind my bookshelf), I couldn't fix it without creasing the shade further. In the end, they gave me $10 for my trouble. (The single shade cost $172; total for all 3 was $555).I appreciate the responsive customer service, and the overall price for 3 dual shaded windows. If I had to do it over again, I'm honestly not sure if I would go with these or look for a different option. However it is an improvement to what we had before.

These are totally wonderful and the support was great. We were missing one of the blinds in our order and they shipped it out immediately. They are lovely in our guest room and the filtering shade provides great privacy and the blackout shades work great. highly recommend

We've ordered custom size of the blinds - they came almost 1ft taller than we ordered. Seller sent us replacement which has the same issue. Beside the wrong size production blinds had multiple scratches on the metal parts and dents on the fabric. We asked refund after.

I recently purchased 4 window blinds, outstanding customer support, the blink is very good made. I am very happy for the services.

The first product that arrives was not assembled correctly and broke upon installation. We contacted the customer service and after a series of back-and-forth friendly emails we had a replacement shipped out free of charge. The replacement is in better condition and doing the job. Extra installation hardware supplied is not explained. While the quality is a 3 star, it is appropriate for the good price. Customer service is 5 star.
