The bubbles can centre, but some are inconsistent….I believe it is an issue with the flatness of the base. With some sand paper in a few minutes you can correct them to sit level and flat, but out of the packet…no!Bubbles are a bit small for easy use.But they are cheap, so…

These are very small
If you haven’t got a view from the top of bubble level it’s very hard to see, I had to by 32mm bubble level to allow for this.
