First pair, one of the shoes was different size. Amazon exchanged them with no issues. A+

I bought two pairs of these, they look great, the feel great. After less than a month the strap completely ripped through the outside on both pairs of shoes. The rivet part just tore through the shoe, it didnt pop out or break, it literally cut a 1.5" rip through the side of the shoe to the back, on both sets of shoes. Within 2 more week the left sides have now torn through. This is from driving and walking in them. 2 pairs, both shoes.
