I was so excited when I first started the Dan. Runs great EXCEPT it has a clicking noise!!! Doesn’t matter the speed or angle of the fan there is an annoying clicking sound. Unfortunately it didn’t start until after I threw away the packaging (same day) ugh!!!!!… UPDATE. let the fan run for a few hours. The “clicking” noise eventually disappears! Now I’d buy again!

I was looking forward to a quiet, sturdy, oscillating fan. My first surprise was that the degree of oscillation was much smaller: about 30-45 degrees. However, the fan was almost silent and had good airflow which made me happy. I had not planned to use the remote so I never unpackaged it. Much to my surprise, my tv remote caused the fan to turn on…hummmmm! First day of use the fan worked well except for the above. Second day of use there was a constant low whine sound that drove me crazy. Third day: returned!!!

I bought it for over a month before commenting. This fan is for my daughter to live in school at Buffalo University, where the climate is scorching and stuffy. With this all-around fan, the room has air circulation. You can also set the time and mode, which is very practical and intelligent.

Worked well, looks great and was very sturdy - but it hummed. I think it was a defect, but I didn't want to get another one because I believe it is a problem with the electronics. Very dissapointed.

The product works as advertised. The fan head tilts well no issues with the supports, remote is a great added function, and the fan moves the air well even when rotating.

The fan is larger than expected from back to front. The high speed is a little weak compared to other fans I have owned but is OK. The remote keeps me from getting out of bed to cut the fan off.
