If you aren't popping in and out of them and would be wearing them with thinner socks and walking in them during the day a lot and want a hugging for safety ideally should get your regular size as they are true to size. I would like to mention that since wearing them the skin on my heels have been smoother and the small cracks are disappearing on my skin ( using location as well on my feet before bed time ) I believe the rubber platform material is softer than my previous slippers were and they are helping my skin to recover. I also suffer from flat feet and my right foot can be painful if over excersized or after a lot of walk so wanted something that can also lift my heaels a bit. ( I normally wear removable arch pads in my outdoor shoes from footmedics ) It is January winter as well when we can get dry hand and feet during the cold season. I have purchased these crocs for £29 and I also have another paid in different make that was £10 but for my garden use. I would definitely buy these more expensive once you really get what you pay for. I think they worth the higher price as much better quality.
