Has this been used?
Received my package today, and I am not sure that I am the first person to have owned these colouring pens before. Very frustrating because how much were they used before I received them??? so disappointed as I need to use them tonight, so do not have the option to return them. Very frustrating and disappointing. If I didn’t need to use them tonight for class then I would definitely definitely send them back and asked for a refund! Not happy.
