I was hesitant to order these, because I have several acrylic paints that say metallic, but are in actuality more of a shimmer. These look just like shiny chrome and gold metal. They are easy to use, no mess, and cover easily in one coat. I did not notice any strong smell. It took a while to get the paint flowing to the tip, but just be patient.

I used them for my resin project, they are outstanding. When I put it on edge it did really stand out gorgeous as u can see in the photo. I would recommend it, would love to buy it again.

These are really nice chrome markers. Looks shiny on glass and acrylic. Really nice.

The actual gold is a little off. The copper looks like a better gold to me than the gold one. But they are not too bad for the price and the silver is very nice.

I originally got these to fill in a small chip that had appeared in a gold-painted tabletop. Unfortunately, the gold tones didn't match, so I put these aside and kind of forgot about them.Recently, I made the mistake of putting a piece of my espresso maker into the dishwasher which took of the chrome finish. On a whim, I I took out the silver marker and started coloring/painting on it. I was blown away by how well it worked. The paint went on smoothly and with a sheen so bright it looked exactly like metal.It seems to be pretty permanent as I have used it several times and not noticed it chipping or scraping off anywhere. The shininess has faded a bit, but that may be due to the high temperature it's been exposed too when I make the espresso. These pens are pretty amazing for their ease of use, durability, and end result.
