This supplement was recommended by my gastroenterologist as part of a series of remedies to reduce my constipation. He stressed this brand. It is the most expensive one in Duane Reade. I buy it in bulk for a bit less on Amazon. I have no idea if it works or not, or if it is better than the competition, but take one daily religiously. I dare not stop. I think it is pointless to go to the doctor and second guess him on the prescription especially if I am not getting awful side effects.

I have tried other probiotics but Align seems best for me. Capsules are individually sealed but easy to open. It is always great to find semi-bulk quantities of a product you like at a reasonable price! I will look to purchase these again.
