Slow, glitchy right out of the box. And Bluetooth will NOT connect. One of two usb does not work. And there’s no equalizer or sound adjustment ability. Horrible quality. I should have known better

I ordered this stereo a week ago and installed it in a 2014 jetta and came with the correct wiring harness so it was plug and play, everything works great except it does not turn off when you turn the ignition off so even holding down the power button until it shuts off does not power the radio down completely because my phones Bluetooth still connects when I'm near the car and after 2 days the battery dies. Curious if anyone else had this issue with a jetta with the correct wiring harness and did not have to splice any wires?Update: the wire harness adapter that comes with the radio has the ACC wire tied to the constant power wire but is easily removable at a small inline wire connector between the factory connection and the stereo connection.

Never ending problems with the WiFi and Bluetooth connecting. Sometimes the screen would respond, sometimes not. Sometimes it would connect to both the internal Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay at the same time but no sound came out. Could never get it to function normally.

Have to installing and working with this radio for a couple of months I thought it was wonderful. Great sound worked as good as I could expect.Unfortunately month three mapping stopped working and it stopped integrating with my cell phone.Have to use my warranty that I purchased in addition to radio we'll see what happens.

The wireless range on this unit is terrible and mostly unusable. The unit started acting up after about 2 weeks installed, volume would be random on startup, would not remember settings, maps were terrible.

So I was super excited to get this unit, which I did, however it does not power up. Frustrating.
