I purchased this washing machine as it was priced very competitively and due to the trust on Tata Brand. But the problem began immediately after delivery. The Voltas service centre took 7 days to install it citing manpower issue. After installation, when it was tested for the first time, it was found that this washing machine had a sensor issue regarding water level and it would not detect the water being drained out because of which it will stop proceeding further into rinsing or washing and starts beeping an alarm after the water is drained for the 1st time.The Voltas service centre technician says that Voltas washing machine is new to the market and has lot of quality issues. Majority of the washing machines delivered in his area have had the same issue. I had to raise a return request with Amazon who in turn sent their own technician 2 days after I raised the return request. The technician gave the report that the washing machine is unusable and after 2 days I had to call Amazon again to initiate pickup. The pickup happened in 2 days after this and refund issued 3 days later.Overall the experience has been pretty bad. It is a shame that a reputed company like Voltas is releasing such defective product to the market with minimal quality controls. Thanks to Amazon for its return service that despite the bad experience and time wastage, there was no monetary loss. I strongly recommend against buying it at least till the product is updated and the water sensor defect is rectified. You can still buy it under Amazon's guaranteed return service if you have enough spare time at home and no urgent need for washing machine.

Good product

Voltas Beko is an excellent machine with good wash quality, no noise, simple and easy to use functions with different wash programs, less water consumption, functionality is user friendly, and ideal for 4-6 family size members.

This washing machine works really well and does a great job cleaning clothes. The features are user-friendly, and the wash cycles are efficient. However, it is a bit noisy during the spinning cycle. Overall, it's a great machine with good performance, but a quieter spin would make it even better.

Very disappointed, after using for 20 days, it stopped working, 4 engineering came for 4 days, each suggested different parts need to be replaced, and each engineer contradict the last one analysis. Completely waste of money. Brand New product got opened by 4 people wow disgusting product test mrked ok on internal parts and damaged after 20 wash. It doesn't even deserve 1 star rating

I bought this machine in Oct 2023 for INR 13,500 (a limited-time deal). The product is value for money, Many thanks to the R&D team of Voltas.Pros:- Build Quality (Plastic body, no rusting issue till today).- Soft closure lid (in this price range no other brand has this feature).- Works Silently.Cons:- Dryer (After drying clothes are wet).- Water level.- Service and availability of spare parts.Wash quality (3.9/5)Dryer (3/5)Buy this machine if the price is below 15K and you are okay with a Service Duration of 15 days or more in case of Technical issues in your machine (Non-metro cities).In my case, After 6 months the pressure sensor stopped working ( Error code F1 ) next day technician visited my home but the spare parts were not available in Service center or local market so I'm still waiting for the spare parts to get my machine fixed.Suggestions for the R&D team:1. Power supply is not ideal in small towns and cities so a High/Low voltage protector and surge protector must be integrated to prevent PCB and other parts.2. The dryer needs improvement, the clothes are wet which is not suitable for the monsoon and winter season.
