Review: Beautiful addition to my tank - I previously had a much bigger resin tree in my five gallon tank, but I wanted something that was going to take up less space. This "petrified' resin stump fit the bill quite nicely. It's very realistic looking and fits perfectly with my jungle theme. It's heavy and stays on the bottom under its own weight. I buried mine slightly under the substrate and I think it looks fantastic. My Betta Apollo doesn't care for it one way or the other, but my snail Nigel gets a kick out of climbing it and jumping off. 10/10

**Q: Is this geniune Petrified Wood?**
A: This decoration is made of resin and mimics real petrified wood

**Q: How does this item stay flush in the tank when filled with water?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. This decoration is made with a resin and is heavy enough not to float under water. It can also be partially buried in the substrate the eliminate the clean cut at the bottom.

**Q: Each picture shows a different shaped product. how do i know which one i'm getting? or do they just randomly pick one and send it?**
A: The basic shape remains the same. I don't think the one that I received had a vertical hole in it like in this picture. I thought that they were really overpriced but I was happy with it. I ended up going on Etsy and buying a pottery creation as a centerpiece for my tank.

**Q: Do l need to boil this product before l put it inside in my tank?**
A: No it is resin
