I am a woman. I usually wear a medium in men’s T-shirts. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. It’s more fitted for a man than a woman but I made it work

Run small, I ordered an xtra large, I’m 5’9” 190, it’s just a bit tight

Yes. The armor is removable. The brand It came with is the one I have kept. It is actually fairly thick (thicker than the armor that originally came in my jacket) and I mostly use this for lower speed/street travel.
