it is good but the battery is not lasting as described
totally it is good and worth the price that i bought, i bought two PCs, the condition seems good but the batter is not lasting more than 3 hours as it was described 7 hours!

Arrived Early - super deal
Arrived 3/23 when promised between 3/26 and 4/1. Laptop was exceptionally clean, and booted right up so I could start set up. Granted this replaced a nine year old Lenovo G550, but this T470 is smoking fast and I hope to get the same service out of this that I did my old one. Would certainly purchase again.

It's not flimsy and performs pretty well.

Keyboard and trackpad failed after three months
This item was listed as 'new' on the amazon web pages and so I assumed it would have a 1 year warranty. However, after purchasing, it became clear that is was refurbished and so came with a 3-month warranty. After just over 3 months and very little use, the keyboard and trackpad stopped working (no response whatsoever). I contacted the seller Ruggedbooks but since the warranty had expired they would only repair the laptop for a cost. I don't generally purchase refurbished hardware and would not have purchased this if it had been clear that it was refurbished. This one star rating is aimed at Amazon and Ruggedbooks for not being clearer on the product and at Ruggedbooks for selling flakey hardware. Hopefully, other users can learn from my bad experience.
