So I have been really struggling with my hair I have been bleaching and dying it for years and fried it, recently had a lot cut off and have been resting it for months to let it recover itself but couldn't stand it any longer I have quite a lot of stubborn grey hairs my hair is really thick and bushy and resistant to alot of dyes now but this dye is wonderful the packaging is great and you get some really nice extras like proper non latex gloves 2 pairs so you don't have to mess around rinsing rubbish plastic ill fitting gloves and a sachet of vaseline to protect your hairline skin and ears and stain remover just in case. It was really easy and clean to apply and my hair has come out shiny and soft. I am going to have to dye it again but that's my own fault for not putting a red hue through the bleached parts at the bottom first and missing the odd bits because I didn't have anyone home at the time to check for me but I'm in love with this dye I chose darkest brown because I didn't want the harshness of jet black but wanted it to blend with temp dred extension etc I have that are black (I'm a reenactor so need to be able to don a Normal look during the season but prefer more alternative styles away from that) I am delighted with this and the coverage it offers highly recommend

Tried it and the colour was perfect however the packaging said it was permanent but after 2 washes the colours pretty much gone. Very disappointed as it wast a cheap hair dye.

Unfortunately it didn't cover all my grey hair and I followed the instructions to a T

Easy to use. Final colour also provided decent grey coverage althoughnot 100%. No Scalp irritation being experienced at the time of writing this review. My past experiences with irritants was my main reason for trialling the brand... so far so good. I would say price is really high for product. I am sure they could increase sales if prices were lower.

BAD PACKAGING

Absolutely bang on. I'd recommend going on the esalon website to get your colour match then ordering for faster shipping from here. The colour is exactly how it should be, easy to use and amazing quality. I extremely happy with it.

My roots are the right colour and rest of my hair still dark brown - no change followed the instructions so I wouldn’t get this colour if you have dark hair uneven coverage

ce produit ne contient peut être pas de PPD mais le produit de remplacement est pire . j'ai fait une grosse réaction alergique

Première couleur livrée, direction la poubelle, car elle faisait des grumeaux, horrible.... Sûrement un coup de chaud... Amazon m'a remboursée, heureusement.Deuxième livraison, un peu liquide, contrairement à celles achetées directement sur le site, mais à fait son travail...J'ai eu un souci sur le site du fabricant, d'où mon achat via Amazon. Par contre ils précisent bien qu'il ne faut pas trop attendre apres réception pour faire la couleur, donc je me demande combien de temps ces boîtes restent dans des entrepôts d'amazon.... Sinon la qualité est habituellement bonne, et le kit est très complet (gants x4, crème protectrice pour la peau, lingette nettoyante, shampooing et après shampooing).

I ordered the middle brown colour for my middle brown hair. The colour outcome is beautiful and natural, I have never experienced this with a box dye. Although I’m a bit disappointed in the lack of gray coverage. I expected it to make my gray pieces brown also.I will give it another chance and I’m going to leave it on my hair even longer (colouring took around 45 minutes and I left it on for another 40)
