Seems well built and sturdy just not enough umph for my application. Rock climbing.

The 13,000 one they make is the same price
The price for the 13,000 pound one is the same price.We cancelled the order the day we placed it and they sent it anyway.The refund was taking two months. So Amazon intervened to get the refund.They kept saying that the return was received but it was "delayed in processinig."Beware. They may not have systems that serve the customers in a timely and fair way.ALSO: they did not provide a bracket that makes sense or fits properly.

How to install control box to the winch
I just got the 10,000 lb winch and it comes with an angled bracket on the bottom of the control box, but no where to attach it to the winch. The instruction manual says to use the mount kit which I did not get. I see the 13,000 gets a bracket to mount on the rails of the winch. Guess I will have to fab something up.

Acheté pour ma remorque dumper ce treuil de 10000lbs et je l'ai utilisé environ 10 fois et mon control box (selenoïd) est déjà brisé et pas de possibilité de retour passé un mois....wow belle garantie
