Very good kettle descaler. Removed 90% of the limescale in my kettle and left most of it like new again. Did leave a little of the really thick limescale build up on the bottom plate, but that’s because I only left it soaking for about an hour. If able to leave overnight, I think it would have definitely of dissolved the rest. Had no toxic smell, and rinsed off easily. Would definitely buy this again.

Works really well in kettle - just add to hot water, leave and rinse out. Can be reheated if there's leftover scale. It took the kettle from scaled to a complete shine in one use, did take a few reheat cycles. I also love that this stuff is mostly citric acid - it washes out easily just by rinsing a few times. Just wish it could keep the scales away for longer!

I purchased the Ecozone Kettle and Iron Descaler as I live in a hard water area and it doesnt take long before the kettle is full of limescale. The product is really easy and simple to use although is not as effective as some others I have used in the passed. The product worked well getting the limescale of the bottom of the kettle but not as good removing from the glass. I tried twice and the glass still wasnt clean. Overall not bad and relatively inexpensive but i think better to pay a few pounds more and get the better products.

I've been an Amazon customer for over 20 years and sometimes you come across something great, this product is great, I was going to throw a kettle away and get another one we live in a extreme hard water area.I was looking for a kettle when I came across this product so bought it rather waste £3 than £50 for a new kettle so tried as per instructions and the kettle started to work like the day i had bought it so I boiled some water and stuck another pack in for good luck can't believe it, now onto the iron let's see how that goes.To sum it up works well just use a scrubber to get the worst bits out of the kettle and it will sparkle from inside

Not bad, one sachet has removed abiy 75% of the limescale. The stuff which remains hasnt been softened as I cant scrape it off with a knife even after its been soaked.

It made my iron stop working. Terrible!

I used this on our glass kettle and it’s our 2nd time buying a new kettle bec nothing worked on our previous yucky one. I regret not taking a before photo but I didn’t have high hopes on this with our iron water problem. I put all three packs and left it overnight and Holy!!! it’s as good as new! if limescale or iron/rust on your kettle is really bad leave it overnight and not 30 mins. I did not have to reboil.

I followed the instructions and it was completely clean after. Easy to follow instructions, not too much of a hassle. The instructions say if it doesn't get all of the scale out the first try just redo it but every single bit of it was gone the first try. I will continue to use this in my kettle until it proves me otherwise.
