How do i contact the seller regarding the led light that stopped working after owning for only a couple of months?

I see a lot of people complaining about this but no answers about what to do so I thought I'd post a suggestion. My son's lights went out changing the water this last time. I noticed it was a no go after plugging it back in. I popped off the plastic LED protector and found that it's coated in waterproof protectant and otherwise looked perfect so I thought maybe it's the power supply. I found an unused power supply with similar specs (12V/100-240V) and spliced it. It worked perfectly!! You can try the same or order a new power supply. Moss balls ruined my fish tank. The balls became a blob that quickly spread through the entire thing

Is it reasonably cat proof? The room I'm setting the tank up in is usually pretty quiet and cat free but sometimes they find a way in.

There are no holes at all and the lid fits on very snugly with a fairly good seal. I see no way that any cat could ever get into this. It's an excellent choice if you have cats.
