Not very effective.

Shilajit is high nutrient and repeatedly used. it usually take few days to see improvement in performance at workout. the product is good and price is reasonable.

This product is not a pure shilajit it contains zafaraan , if you mix it with water you will see the zafaraan and you can taste it , very bad quality

Product is as described, I was trying first time so little hesitant, but it has great medicinal benefits for which I ordered. It's a rocky paste so pls don't expect great taste but I find it okay as I felt some essence of cardomon and once diluted in water or Milk it's doesn't has his own taste, you will feel effects within day, I recommend to others as well..
