Anyway, it should not be applied ON the teeth but between the teeth with a tepe. I squirt a little on my palm, and dip my tepe in it and then work the tepe between the teeth. Hope it works for you. I know you need to brush and use mouthwash at different times but what about this gel?** A: Have just bought this today, and packet states "for optimal effect use at a different time to toothbrushing" **Q: How often do you use it, thanks** A: I use Gingeval at night when I also use the interdental brushes.
