Performance, so far good.Scratches, not till now.Comfort, very comfortable & light weight.Size, very large but necessary.Colour, very pleasant & eye-catching.Only issue I had was the delivery person not providing doorstep delivery despite the fact that my address was eligible for it. Had to go extra 20 km on my own expenses to get it. Wasn't expecting such from Amazon services.

So it’s been 9 months since I bought this bag and while I was on a trip the lock got jammed and I had to break it open. I’m still figuring out if the manufactures will help w this but I have used branded luggage before and this one is inferior quality!!

Handle is not very sturdy

I bought this lavender colored Genie trolley bag, the size is perfect & soo pretty. I am in love with this bag. There were some marks on the bag which I wiped it with wet cloth and it went out easily. Everything is perfect. The bag looks very smart, The quality is too good, and it is very spacious inside. I can't wait to use it. What attracted me the most is the price. You get a cabin trolley bag at a good price. Worth every penny.💗

It is a good product , it is also from the house of Safar luggage so u can buy it without thinking much.Little trendy also.Only prob i faced is that becomes dirty very easily ( fresh Mint color) and cleaning is required .
