This is fun for me. MMA exercise. Good workout. It is fairly easy to setup. Put it at the spot you want. I put water in the base as much as I could and then air. The product quality is good. Use common sense and it will last if you don't abuse it. I recommend.

Nicely Surprised!
For some reason when I ordered the punching bag, I didn't realize it came with an air pump. So I was nicely surprised when I saw it in the box. Also, the gloves are much better quality then I thought they may be. I recommend this product for anyone who wants an easy to set up boxing set.

It is a very heavy duty inflatable.
This feels like it should hold up well to my kids hitting it. I'm pretty happy with the quality. So far the kids really like it.

Bag developed a rip 1 week of use
Very disappointed. For the money. I bought for my 14 year old grandson. He used for one week and it developed a tear where the bag attaches to the bag! I don't see anyway to contact the seller so all I can do is look for a box, completely disassemble and return to amazon.
