Got this as a Christmas gift for my dad. He’s a bourbon guy and has a nice home bar. He really likes it.

This ice ball press works fine. When you place it in the tray and press a ball, the seal on the bottom is too tight for the bottom port to drain properly. I've been propping it up with a coin, for that it loses a star. This is pretty expensive for what it is, but it does work as expected and it's cheaper than the competition. I use 2.5" spheres made separately in a directional freezing mold to get perfect clarity, so this press just makes them a perfect sphere. It seems to have a tendency to fracture the ice sometimes though, your results may vary. If you can afford this and it's what you want, this is probably the one to buy. They're probably all the same quality construction, so this price wins.

For the price, I think that this is a real good deal. It works just as intended and is easy to use and easy to clean. After the first one. It's a lot slower. But that's pretty normal with these types of ice makers. I usually hit mine up with a torch and it's good to go again.

Pretty impressive- it’s a nice piece that looks good on the cocktail bar. I’ve spheres came out good but have a small flat spot on one end, I believe this is unavoidable. Sphere looks very nice in a glass.

Beautifully crafted and a party pleaser. Husband and son-in-law scrunch down and watch it work like a couple of toddlers at an aquarium seeing a seahorse for the first time. Works in about 30 seconds. Very nice gift.

It takes about 1.5 minutes to make a clear ice ball. It turns out great. The 2.5” size can be a little too large for some glasses, but the is very cool. If you are a gadget man, and a whiskey drinker, this is the item for you. I found it speeds up the process, if you run warm water over it to keep the press going.

Honnêtement c'est pas fou, vu le prix. Je me faisais une joie d'avoir ce produit et je suis un peu déçu. Il faut déjà trouver un morceau de glace pile poil à la taille pour pouvoir une sphère parfaite & une fois la première sphère moulée, le Ice Press est complétement gelé et mets 5mn à faire la 2ème. Je vais voir pour une utilisation au bain marie où autre car en l'état, ca ne sert que pour un glaçon.

Om du har ett väl passande block av klar is, allra helst en kort cylinder, så kommer ditt slutresultat med denna ispress att bli magiskt bra. Jag var glad att hitta en press till bra pris, då jag inte tycker det är motiverat att lägga långt mer än dubbelt så mycket, så som sådana här pressar brukar kosta.
