Very sturdy and secure
Had a CarPlay head unit installed in my daughter’s car, but installer just left the USB cable hanging in the glove box. This allowed me surface mount it and make a nice clean connection.

Perfect
Purchased this to extend the USB connection on my aftermarket Radio and the length of this cable and the fact that it's USB3.0 and all the finish accessories provided are just perfect. Cable length allowed for routing all this within the center console to hide everything and make it all look as if it was all OEM stock.

USB dash mount extender
easy installation, cable length choices could be better, they offer 3 ft and 6 ft cable lengths, I installed it in a glof cart and the cable wasn't long enough, thankfully it was long enough to make under the front seat where I could attach an extension to get to my kicker receiver unit.

Simple install in most vehicles
I have installed this part in several vehicles and the most difficult thing is getting the factory cigarette lighter out! I never used the provided mounting bracket but overall it looks easy to install if you want to put 2 screw holes some where on your dash. 10/10 would recommend BIG PP.
