For years I have struggled with spraining my ankle 1-2 times a year. With excellent balance it was determined my tendons had stretched and were unstable. The last time it was so bad I thought for sure I had broken my ankle, and the dr recommended surgery for my over stretched, weakened tendons. Looking at the heel of my shoes it is easy to see I supinate, or walk more on the outside of my foot. I decided to try the heel inserts as a last resorts, which by the way can be used for over pronators also just by switching which shoe it is used for. Ordering a few different types I found these to be terrific! The adhesive is strong but still can be adjusted or put into other shoes. The lift is comfortable and incredibly effective. I've ordered this product 4-5 times now and highly recommend this problem solving insert. They've been a life changer!

These are actually fantastic. They offer 2 pairs and really help me with my knock knees during work ( i stand in one spot for a while). I don't expect them to last longer than a couple months, but for the price they are worth purchasing on the regular. After an 8 hour shift Ive noticed my knees and joints feeling less sore.

On m'a conseillé d'aller chez specialist/podologue, car j'ai les jambes arches, mais ca sera plus cher alors j'ai essayé ce produit. Deux paire de semelles, je peux laisser les gel dans mes chaussures de travail et les autres dans mes chaussure de ville. Je n'ai plus mal au chevilles, ni hanches, ca marche!!! Tres contente

Buenas plantillas y a muy buen precio, si eres un supinador leve como yo, te irán perfectas, sobre todo para marcha y correr, pues la pisada la equilibra más y puede evita lesiones, si eres un supinador pronunciado te recomiendo q te las haga una ortopedia,
