So Impressed with this dog stroller
This is not a paid for review. Unfortunately for me. It is used by a small assistance dog who technically is allowed in buildings but for his safety and my peace of mind he uses a stroller until I require his assistance. This is my fourth dog stroller and each thing I disliked in the other strollers has been rectified on this one There are tons of pictures of the pram unit constructed so I took some pictures of the things I really wanted to see before I purchased it but couldn’t find online. Firstly the way the basket attaches to the wheels unit. This clips in on the left and right hand side and cleanly locks with a click into place. The bit that was better than any previous pram unit is there is a metal bracket that clips onto the base unit from the wheels unit that is like a safety lock in addition to the two side clips. My poor lad tumbled a couple of times in previous unit when the basket came off the wheels unit. The basket itself. Finally the metal tensioners that hold the baskets shape have two plastic brackets that keep it locked in place. Both my previous basket units from other makes have not had this and they collapsed all the time. Especially seemed to happen when in the car and poor dog trapped inside. Finally a wipeable fabric on the cushion part of the basket so no more cobbling together something to line the basket with. Especially when the dog has been having fun running round the park or beach and is a bit muddy / sandy. The last point on the basket is it clips closed which for my usage is brilliant the zip closers are a pain when the dog is in and out like mine, he walks in between stores but at store fronts he jumps inside it himself and all I have to do is clip one clip. I also love the middle zip section so he will think he’s locked in front and back but get some air from above on hot days this is also where I can clip his portable fan unit to blow in air when driving. The wheels they are solid 3 of my other strollers had these pins that held the wheels on and you always had to check they hadn’t sprung out. This one also pushes lovely it’s so smooth and easy to steer, the last one was great to begin with but it became like a wonky shopping trolley after a few months. The handle is much higher on this one not sure yet if it’s a benefit or not just an observation more than anything. I also like the fact the storage basket folds with the unit and you don’t have to unfasten all the press studs or remove Velcro. I haven’t had to take it apart to wash yet so I will add later on if it was a nightmare or easy. I’ll also add after I have owned it for a few months to let you know how it is fairing. 12 months on as promised how it’s getting on I have washed it a few times now and it went back together so easily. Also 12 months in, it looks as good now as the day I purchased it. My dog uses it daily and loves it. He’s Yorkshire terrier sized and has enough room in it for what we now call his hidey space which is right at the back where he goes scrunched in his blankie and the sociable front section where he wags and wants to be everyone’s best friend. It’s light enough that I have carried it up flights of stairs without taking it apart. The only thing I have found to be even the slightest issue is the wheels are really wide at the back and you get the front through a door lovely but slim doors you have to push one side through then the other with the back. I would happily buy this pram again if needed. Hope this helps.

Chubby Chariot
It's been renamed the Chubby Chariot (cat is called Chubby Bubby) and it is magnificent! Easy to put together - well I watched and it seemed easy enough. Colours are good and it seems super stable. The cats love it and jump in for a nap, fits 2 large cats pretty easily. It is secure and the mesh holds well and is great to stop crazy cat people trying to pick up your cat. The cup holder holds treats very well. Would buy again

Great overall but did not meet our needs.
Not ideal for me and my dog unfortunately, she is very sensitive to certain sounds and the handle as you adjust it clicks quite loud so just this was enough to know that it is not for us. But will give to a friend or someone who can use it. Also the weight of the carrier alone is most likely 4-5kg I would say, so plus my girl who is 16kg ish i could not carry her in just the carrier comfortably, so taking her to the car or merely lifting her off the trolley would be too much as I am only 4 11 😅 Overall it is a very appealing stroller but did not meet my needs or my girls. Other than this, its a great item for a pet. Looks easy to put together, lovely material etc Carrier folds flat so good for travelling, and dog can sleep in this too when out etc The quality is top, the rose gold looks stunning against the grey, and it is very decent looking. I would say to think through your needs and taje weight into concern if the carrier part is what you would use alot.

Might be a defective one BUT…
Okay first off this is stunning. Sturdy, beautiful fabrics and extras are great. However, we are unable to clip the bassinet struts in place, it’s as though the struts are too long for the designated space. We’ve tried everything. Even unscrewed the whole thing and tried to put the struts in the designated space THEN screwed it back together but there’s just no give. It’s impossible and based on the photos of this stroller on the listing it’s clear that the manufacturer/seller had the same problem, as you can see the bassinet is bunched up instead of smooth and taut. The stroller can still be used without the struts in place however the problem is that if/when the bassinet is clicked off the pram to put in the car, the whole bassinet will collapse. When the bassinet is clicked on the frame the bassinet will hang fine (rather like how a Bugaboo baby pram hangs) but again, if I need to jump on a taxi with this the bassinet will just scrunch up. This is definitely a manufacturer flaw. However, the rose gold is beautiful, the suspension is PHENOMENAL and the mommy bag is absolutely quality, it’s just a dream stroller honestly. Just a shame about the bassinet construction.

I’d highly recommend
My dogs absolutely love it. I’ve put a dog bed in the bottom for abit extra comfort and blankets to keep them warm. Easily assembles and easy to put into the car or to get on the bus. Looks like an actual baby pram and I have had people stop me admire pram and realise that there’s two dogs in it had loads of compliments and the dogs love being able nosey while going on adventures that are to far for them to walk. Great value for money the sturdiness for the two of them is great. Suspension is good and I can off road and the dogs are comfortable.

Sturdy stroller
Would recommend! Great stroller, very sturdy, easy to assemble, easy to use. Very smooth ride. Large bassinet easily holds two cats. It’s larger than I expected but very pleased with it. Some people may find it hard lifting & carrying the bassinet with pets in it, due to the size and filled weight. The frame folds down easily but takes up a fair bit of space when folded. The clips that close the bassinet lid are strong, but there is no way to lock them or any additional mechanism for keeping the lid shut should one break. So far so good, it’s holding up to rigorous use. I found a short video online that helped me assemble the bassinet.

Really nice quality
Received this today. Very easy to assemble which I was able to do without the instructions. Seems to be of a nice quality and the wheels are excellent. I like the storage area beneath the carrier to store things. The carrier can be turned to which ever way you wish, as although both ends have mesh areas, one end has more which is why I chose to have the larger mesh area facing me, so that Biscuit my Ragdoll kitten can see me at all times. At each end of the carrier there is a plastic catch to lift that end half to either let your pet peer out (obviously with the supplied reign clips attached to prevent your dog jumping out) or to use as a gateway into the carrier. There is also a zip that goes across the top to totally open the carrier. I tend to agree with other contributors that the zip is perhaps the weakest part of the carrier and so I will not even attempt to open it with the zip, preferring to use the plastic end catches which appear much more sturdy. I did try lifting the carrier off the frame and the carrier was firm and supportive. Whilst walking on the not so good footpath I found it easy. and was pleased that Biscuit was relaxed taking note of everything. The cup holder is a nice touch although not sure whether I will use the 'mummy' bag preferring my own handbag! All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

Beautiful and spacious. UPDATE INCLUDED
(Please note: I didn't receive a cup holder and it seems its a common occurance. It's in the photo, but not in the description.) Firstly it was really easy to put together. It's also really spacious inside. I have 3 cats, and even though they'd all technically fit inside, I don't think I'd put my big male cat in there with the other 2, just incase it added too much stress (I wish I was handy enough to construct a divider) So I'll just have to make more trips to the vet. But for my one or two cats it's perfect! (It would also be perfect for one or two small/medium sized dogs depending on size etc) It seems that it's secure enough to prevent cats escaping, but I wish the zips on little mesh flaps at either end were double zips so that I could clip the 2 zippers together for added security. (I have a canvas cat carrier and I clip all the zips so they're extra secure, especially as one of my cats is a 5 month old bengal) The carriers itself is supported underneath by one central bar on the stroller frame. You can 'wobble' the carrier a tiny bit with your hand when it's empty and obviously I would've liked 2 or 3 bars supporting underneath, but it still seems very sturdy when the cats are inside. (I don't know of any pet strollers which more than one support bar, especially at this price range) The 2 support bars inside the carrier that snap into place (to prop up the carrier) are sturdy. It took a while and a bit of strength to snap them into the little grooves...which is good as they won't be sliding out on their own, not without extreme force. It's also great that the carrier 'raised up' like a babies pram as I think it would cause cats way too much stress to be near ground level, as I walk past other people, dogs, traffic etc (like some designs are) It's also great that you can lift off the carrier part and fold the frame incase you want to transport everything in a car (I've practised this and it's so easy) All in all I love the look and feel of this pet stroller. I'm glad I didn't go for one of the cheaper ones to save money, as this one has everything I need. The bottom storage basket is really spacious and the little bag that hangs from the handle is a nice touch. It niggles me a bit that a raincover option wasn't provided, but I ordered a universal rain cover for £13 and it fits fine. I really recommend this. haven't actually went far with this yet (I've just built it and let 2 of my cats play in it and push it round the outside of my house with my cats in it.) So I'll update after a trip to the vet shortly if there are any problems.... I don't drive and using taxis to transport my cats (2 miles away) to the vet is too stressful. Two drivers have asked me to put my cats (in carriers) in the boot of their taxi! I obviously refused as its so cruel and unsafe! So bought this. I initially dreaded the thought of buying a pet stroller, but after watching a YouTube video of a lady who said that most people assume she's pushing a child's pram ...and that even dogs ignore the stroller too, I actually favoured the idea of having one that looked LESS like a pet carrier. And this looks absolutely gorgeous. When I built it I placed the hood the other way around, so that the permanent mesh would face me instead of facing front. I'll change it if need be, but my cats are quite skittish so I'd rather increase their view of me especially as the vets is 2 miles away. **UPDATE** I've walked to the vet since this review and this pet stroller was everything I hoped it would be. Kept my bengal cat safe and secure. Nobody would've realised I was pushing a pet stroller apart from when my cat started meowing lol. Of course a baby's pram wouldn't have a sealed dome over it, but I think people assume it's a baby pram regardless. I even passed by a couple of dogs and they didn't seem to even look at the stroller. It was so easy to push into the vet and press the button to open the dome. One thing I'd warn about, is that if you're walking with children, or amongst other people, you have to make sure that nobody else tries to press the button on either side of the dome. It doesn't open with a light press. You'd have to press firmly, but it doesn't take that much force, so a child could open it if they wanted and your cat would escape. So I never turn my back on the stroller when stopping to chat to anyone. On the return from the vet, my son was able to offer me a lift and it was so easy to detach the main body from the frame and put in the car. I even took the whole pet stroller to the vet a second time even though my other son was able to take me in the car. I had 2 cats in the stroller and another cat in a separate carrier. We put the frame in the boot. On arriving at the vets, I was able to pop the stroller carrier back on to it's frame, pushing 2 cats in the stroller and holding my other cat in a separate carrier, into the vets while my son ran an errand before returning for me. I honestly believe this pet stroller is an excellent buy. Very handy to have and looks amazing. My son has an almost identical pram for my Grandson lol. Both look to be of the same quality. If you're looking for a pet stroller, this is the one.
