Q: Sizing advice needed , I'm probably around a size 11( between sizes of course) are the sizes small so i try a large , or should i go for a medium ?

I have a fairly ample chest the medium fits perfectly on the lower half of my body but the boobs are squished I took the large and it’s ok still kind of tight across the chest but that’s okay.

Q: Is there a crotch liner?

A thin layer . But it’s fine . It’s very flattering. Has pads on the chest area .
