This product is very good! It works exactly like it was shown on the advertisement. I've used many different bed bug killers and this has been the best one. I would definitely recommend it!

Obviously this is NOT a treatment but only a repellent, and my review is based on that. I apply this generously to all the seams on my hard shell suitcases before travelling. I have no way of knowing if it has ever actually repelled a bed bug, but I can tell you that the smell is extremely strong and long-lasting. I have used it around the patio door to repel ants, and that has also worked very well. It can't hurt to try it!

I decided to use the product in my washing machine. I followed instructions and added 10 drops of product to the detergent tray, setting a wash with no extra rinse. I was very pleased with the result: my nightwear was thoroughly infused with the scent of the essential oils, and I got my best night's sleep for months. This was last night. Time will tell how long the effect lasts, but I can top up with spraying until the next wash, if necessary.

This repellent claims to protect furniture, mattresses and fabrics from bed bugs and dust mites, and I’ve tried it with mixed results. On the plus side the essential-oil formula smells pleasant and is safer to use around pets and children than strong chemical sprays. In practice however I didn’t see the level of effectiveness I hoped for. I followed the instructions carefully, applied to the area, gave it time to work, but I still found bed bugs in the treated fabrics afterwards. It may serve as a mild deterrent but if you’ve already got a full infestation it doesn’t feel strong enough alone. In fact pest control professionals warn that essential oils alone usually won’t fully eradicate bed bugs. So to sum up, good for lightly-used furniture, preventive steps or for use when you’d rather avoid strong chemicals. But if you’re dealing with a serious pest problem you’ll likely need something stronger.

Very strong repellant... However it is important to note that this alone will not deter or remove any bed bugs as you would need a stronger treatment depending on how severe the infestation is .. best to consider this as a top up to your treatment too.

I’m sure this is a brilliant item but I’m having great difficulty in opening the bottle I tried to cut through the plastic too and managed to stab my finger which bled profusely!! Can anyone help please with how to open it?! **Edit: Update. Finally managed to open bottle!

This product arrived really quickly and already my living space is filled with the double fragrance of lemongrass, which is delightful. I was worried that my cats would be upset with the smell but they are chilled out and relaxed. It’s too early to measure the results but I already love this product, which is easy to use thanks to comprehensive instructions.

I am not happy about this. This is actually rubbish waste of money. I should’ve got a refund for this price. This rubbish does not get anything done properly. I’ve tried everything and I can’t do it I will be back around 5 o’clock because I’ll take the dog out for a walk
