I have tried many different brands of black seed oil before I stumbled across this one. The patented and standarized oil in Thymoquin gives me piece of mind that I am actually getting the active components of the black seed. Many oils on the market do not test or standardize the active components and therefore you don't know if you are truly getting any benefits beyond placebo. This stuff is legit, and may benefit many areas of your health. The bottle recommends 1-2 a day, but I find taking 2 at once is most effective for me personally, and sometimes I will take up to 4 a day split into a morning and evening dose.

I started taking this because of the generally positive research reports. I was surprised to discover that I am sleeping better. I was not sure why this was happening until I read some feedback from other users and put the proverbial “2+2” together. It was not touted to my knowledge as a sleep aid, but it seems to have made a difference for me. (?)

Great product but the price increased by $9.00 a bottle since I last purchased it a month ago. Don't know the reason but it is not appreciated especially since I can't find it (exact brand) anywhere else.
