Buy a different part.
I bought this so I could attach my ELog and still have the diagnostic port. It works but, the large green plastic nut for tightening the port in the dash does not retain the port. It feels like it stripped and will not tighten against whatever panel you install the port. It is incredibly frustrating and if you have to take it apart, the fit just keeps getting worse.I would buy something else. The terminals have also backed out of the connector a couple times.
