I've had trouble finding a foot band for pf relief because my feet are narrow. Most bands are too loose and I've tried several that were unsatisfying. These s/m size are perfect and seem quite durable, breathable and have a high degree of comfort.

They are well made and as described.

When you wear it daily, the compression won’t last very long. It’s very comfortable and provides the support for your arches. But be prepared to replace within a few 4-6 weeks.

For lightweight arch relief without needing actual "arch" inserts, these are a good product. However, if you need true support, keep in mind that these are only going to get you so far when it comes to holding up the weight of your body.I find these to provide a really nice feeling on my feet, and I appreciate that they easily fit in shoes. My wife, however, who has more major arch needs, doesn't get much relief out of these as she requires proper supportive inserts.

I had high hopes for this as I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis since I was pregnant with my first daughter 5 years ago. It was actually painful to wear.

You can wear this with shoes…very comfortable…relieves the pain of neuropathy and also the numbness……great find….definitely recommend…I wear this 24/7 and do not need compression socks with this
