I can't wear this long
I am a heavy gym goer with a muscular build. My calf and thigh is thick while my knee is thin. This leaves the metal hinge of the brace pushing into the muscle of my calf and thigh. After a bit it starts to really dig in and hurt. Overall it just does not work for me. I will use it for short burst but that is it. I do like how the brace goes on and it is nice not having to take your shoe off to put it on. Which makes using it for me easier so I can put it on when wanted and then easily remove it when needed.
