At first I was really ticked off because it arrived with no instructions! There is an included piece of paper with Asian writing on it, no way to understand, and a QR code. Thinking the QR code woukd take me to the directions, clicked that, it takes you to some Asian website that I could not make heads nor tails of, so I don’t recommend using the QR code. Was all set to throw this away, but kind of figured out on my own how to do it, and then looking back at the ad page on Amazon, the last picture is a rough illustration of what to do. So that was a bit helpful. Pretty basic trick once you know how, have tried it on a few people, no one could figure it out. Made sure to keep my hands moving, there was a little distance between me and the person viewing the trick, and helps to keep the cloth in front of the fingertip as much as possible. Really happy with the results. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the description says this is a fake thumb. Too small for my thumb, but worked great using my index finger. I can’t help but wonder if it might work smoother if using your thumb rather than index finger tip, but like I said, worked fine for me with using the fingertip rather than the thumb.

These false thumbs are a bit too small to fit over my thumb. I was able to get my index finger in though. I showed this magic trick to my 5 year old. H thought it was really cool at first, but he figured it out pretty quickly. Keep those fingers moving so that the false thumb isn't as noticeable.
