Saucony Men's Endorphin Shift 2 Running Shoe

I just got into running. My knees started to feel a little funny, not a cute pain but just uncomfortable. After talking to others and doing research, I decided to get something with more cushion and lower heel drop. These are 4mn and promotes mid foot strike. Now I can run over 6 miles without any pain/discomfort in my legs/feet/knees.I have normal feet. I wear size 9. The fit is perfect. In the beginning, I was lacing it too tight bc the upper padding is thin compares to my other sneakers. I learned that it doesn't need to be tight at all. Although the stack is high but it feels very stable. Bronx 10 and Staten Island half is coming up. I will update on how they performed on race day.I love these shoes. I paid $68 and it's worth every single penny. Get a pair and go the extra miles. Happy running!!

The size chart is inconvenient. I don’t recommend buying these sneakers without trying them on. Personally, they are not suitable for running. Walking 2-4 km is possible.

Nice pair of shoes at a great price. They are a little narrow than most and I never order wide shoes. They will break in, I have only worn them 3x.

I never used running shoes with a plate until I bought my first pair of these, and now I use them for all my long runs and most of my up-tempo runs on roads. I like the flexibility of this shoe for workouts and it helps battle fatigue and pounding on my legs. Good enough to use for racing unless you're more of an elite racer that wants a carbon plate. I've run faster times in some races with these than the Saucony Endorphin Pro 3, which has a carbon plate. The 8 mm heel drop is neither too low or too high. I bought 3 pairs of these and get around 400 miles before I have to retire them. I would recommend them for road running only because I find them unstable on trails (and on sharp turns on roads), but I know a runner who uses them for trail races.

I looked up the best running shoes, and Saucony came in second with several choices. I started back jogging after a knee injury and I can say there’s a difference. Yes, you’ll be able to feel the difference in your feet. I’d buy them again.

My son uses at bootcamp and he said they are very confortable.
