I’m in love with these knives. I feel like anything I cut, I don’t have to put any pressure to it. It cuts through so nicely. Probably one of the best knife I have used ever. I gifted some of them to family and they loved it as well. And it’s definitely worth what I paid for.

The quality is excellent and the knives are very sharp and can cut through the toughest of plastics easily. They bend but don’t break. Of course all the usual kitchen materiel are no problem at all.Because it’s sharp be careful because it can cut skin easily as is the case with high quality knives.

Very practical. I recommend everyone to have it at home.

I was in natural foods produce biz for a career. I had a similar inexpensive utility knife in my hand much of the time. I got a bunch of these wrapped them with a nice chocolate bar as gifts for those random people we run across at parties and stuff in holidays... they were very sharp, finely serrated... recipients loved them. I bet more than one has been used to open an Amazon box. This is not a kitchen knife... it is an inexpensive tool.

We first bought these German knives 10 years ago and decided to buy a new set. We still have the original knives from 10 years ago and they are still sharp. The new ones are extremely sharp! There is very little bend in the blades, which prevents it flexing and cutting you. Highly recommended.
