I practise hot yoga and I have found it a stable and supportive mat although not completely slip proof. When we,t my hands do slip a bit, but still this is the best mat I have tried for grip. I am very happy with my mat and just use a hand towel on the mat when things get slippery.

I noticed that the more experienced members of my class had this mat or similar. Its more expensive than other mats I've bought - but its fabulous as its cushioned and very non slip. The markings are very useful ,its definitely the best mat I have ever worked on.Just a very minor point - it does mark if you have used hand cream . A fellow class member warned me of this - so so far I've been careful.

Arrived quickly.. total over kill on packaging BIG box tiny mat .. Seems good and feels good quality but to early to tell on use as only had it few days

I bought this mat due to the fact I have really slippy hands during my yoga practice. I feel like I would be lost without it now. It keeps me steady and I'm able to hold the poses just like everyone else without fear of sliding and injuring myself. Thank you so much for a great product.

The only negative point is that it marks easily and difficult to clean it off.

Looks great , feels great. One thing that I have used it a few times as I just got it recently. After a while I will update my review. I do recommend it.

Great mat. I love the markings and the mat doesn't slip on hardwood, so does all I need.
