The faucet has very good quality and looks great. But after installing it, I found the drain stopper doesn't work, so I reached out the customer service. They handled my concern quickly and shipped a new one and the problem got solved. Will buy again in the future.

The media could not be loaded.  It's my first time buying a faucet from Amazon. At first I was apprehensive about this particular faucet. However, I am just so excited about it's modern minimalist design, and it does not have a brand printed anywhere on the surface, which is perfect!I am not a plumber but Installing the faucet is pretty simple and the direction is clear enough. As long as you have a wrench and Philips screw driver. The pipe opening of my sink is a bit smaller than the pipe of the faucet, so it requires sanding the opening of the sink a bit. I wonder if they will redesign to make it a slimmer pipe at some point!The quality of the faucet is so good, it's heavy and solid. I love the hoses to connect to the water supplies, it comes with color coded for cold and hot water.Finally, when you move the lever to let the water out and to control the stream of water, left and right for cold and hot water, it moves very smooth and firm, sign of a good quality faucet!Lastly, its minimalist design will make it easy to clean.Go get this faucet! You'll thank yourself for the decision after you read this review.

The first one I got for our other bathroom has sharp corners. Loved the faucet so bought another one. This new design is much better, rounded corners now. Sink is a 15 1/2 inch vessel sink.

Install was very easy. But one of mine is leaking a tiny bit from the top. I can't find any information about how to replace the cartridge or how to get it out. Also part number info would be good. Mine probably just needs to be tightened slightly for now but I can't be sure. Would be very happy if I could just find information.

Original leaked upon installation. Manufacturer replaced promptly. Works and looks good. Would buy again.

We like the faucet. The finish is nice, the action is smooth, the heigh is perfect for a top mount vessel style sink.We installed this a replacement in our RV. Im a little apprehensive about the o-ring seal at the base of the faucet, I do not believe this Wil keep water from getting to and swelling the countertop. I added silicone at the base to seal this area. The large nut that secures the faucet to the bottom of the counter top was also a point of contention. While it threads on fine, the two tension screws both stripped out rather easily with almost no pressure on them. I bypassed the use of those screws altogether, using a pipe wrench to add a bit of torque to the nut. This is not ideal and it took a good deal of effort to contort my body into a position to hold the faucet while tightening the nut to that degree. In the end I'd choose it again but I'd probably drill and re-tap the flange nut and insert a different type of screw before installation. I'd also add a washer up top and a second seal similar to the seal they provide for the bottom.

Thus faucett feels solid and of good quality. It has a beautiful, streamlined, modern appearance. I chose the brushed nickel finish, which has an elegant appearance.The faucett was very easy to install. It took me half an hour.It works very well and has good pressure.The price is excellent considering the good quality.

Great looking product at a good cost, easy installation, and long spout reach, which was the longest I could find here.

Installation was quick and simple. One thing to note: Even if your tap comes with the two water lines installed; REMEMBER to hand tighten each one! The two water lines were already installed in both faucets I ordered, but I was able to tighten each line (both units) even more (by hand). I think this is why some people here complain the tap leaks. The taps look nice installed. I did notice the water pressure is only slighter better than the taps I replaced, and those taps ran around 75% (they are adjustable). Not sure how the finish will hold up. One of the taps I installed has some minor scuffs in the finish. Overall, I think this is a good tap to purchase. Better than spending $100+ for a brand name tap in a box store.

good faucet, fair price, FYI, does not come with the drain assembly, but I knew that ahead of time.

I bought this & had a plumber install, so I can't really speak to ease of install however I didn't hear any complaints. It's sleek design lends a modern farmhouse look to our bathroom. The water flows easily over the faucet. We are pleased so far with the set up.
