Revised opinion
I commented on the other review, about the size of this book. The person I bought it for read through it and worked the Chi Kung, Light Air sets and completed a study of the Dit Dat Jow formula. He concluded that the information in this humble manual is very good and has decided to integrate the system into his established Iron Palm/Claw practice. He will be reaching out to the author soon. He has given this tome a 4 star rating because he would have liked the photos to show more deatil of the hand positions and would have like the jow formula herbs to be listed with their Chinese names to make them easier to research.

Book Not Worth the Price
I received this book today and I was surprised how thin the book was, about 40 pages totaled. Not an in-depth book, has only basic info. Seen better in other Iron Palm books.

Has info on stikes
Everything else is waste of time. Buy a different book.

Never trust a book, by its cover.
The author has NO understanding of GM KYC iron palm or the formula of dit dat jow. All the information in this book was taken from other sources. So my suggestion is, keep looking for a credible source for this information.
