I've been using it since the past 2 years; it is working really well for me. The Automatic shut-off feature has helped me a lot. It hardly takes 10 to 12 minutes to boil eggs. I only used it for hard-boiled eggs, didn't try the medius and soft-boil feature (although it entirely depends on the amount of water u fill in the boiler, there are no specific 3 modes to boil eggs). However, always clean the plate and cup after every use and use a wet cloth to clean the attached boiler plate (after turning off the product).
