Full disclosure I've used this supplement for years now. I found this on Amazon and was thrilled that I did. Previously to that I would find it locally, but it's becoming harder to find. I've tried ordering directly from the manufacturer and that was a bit spotty, with my not receiving one box, but in all fairness the manufacturer did refund my money. I trust Amazon's shipping process over all. They normally update you quite often on when you're going to receive your items, so I find them trustworthy. The price was good and the shipping accurate. These pills are easy to swallow. I never really noticed any taste to these capsules. I do take 2 at a time as I find 4 a bit crowded. I've never choked, but I just like to be safe. I follow directions also. I never noticed any change to my sleep quality in all honesty. I did not lose weight with this supplement, a bummer for me, but in all fairness I have a medical issue which makes that more difficult. So the average person may indeed lose weight. I'd recommend you check with a doctor before using this or any supplement. Most doctors will want to know the ingredients in a new supplement. I've never had any negative side effects from this supplement, which is rare for me. I have noticed that after a few weeks of taking this supplement, my skin improved overall and my energy level picked up a bit which is also difficult due to a medical condition. I continue to use this supplement for my skin and energy. Please note that everyone reacts differently. This is my own personal experience and opinion. I would recommend this product. Thank you.

Definitely helps with make recovery and pay workout growth following exercise that includes some firm of mechanical tension (muscle work). Important note, identical compound to Growth Factor 9 (GF9). I use them interchangeably depending on whichever is cheaper when I restock. Most effective if taken before bed and in an empty stomach. When taken beige sleep it works well with your visits natural hormone production.

It gives me energy and my face looks better, I am 54 I can see the difference and people done think I'm that old. Doesn't really help me with sleep though

I have eaten Setravital for more than a year. It is, of course difficult to compare with how I would have looked without them, but my feeling is that they are truly good for my skin. Expensive - but yes, worth it for me

I have been using this product for over 7 years. I am 75 years old and can honestly say that people are shocked when they find out my age. You have to take them at least 2 hours before you eat or 2 hours after you eat. I lay them out on my bathroom counter before I go to bed and take them around 6 am. The large glass of water first thing in the morning is very helpful…..

I have been taking these so a little bit of time and have noticed my clothing loosening up. I sleep well also.....
