Good fan Update - fan failed after 2 years. Crompton promptly rectified foc.

Never buy any crompton fans. I bought two BLDC fans and one of them is rotating very slowly. I raised a complaint on crompton website and therir service team called me and said they will come and check but no one came. I raised few more tickets and no body is calling me and then I came to know that all my tickets are cancelled because of incorrect data. Their staff were very rude and they wont even listen to you. Even you enter correct data they will cancel your tickets saying the reason that model number is not correct etc. So I request everyone that not to buy any crompoton products. Their performance is very poor and I am experienced so many times. The only reason that I bought these BLDS fans is they are of less cost compared to other brands. Go for atomberg or Havells but dont buy Crompton. Their service is very poor.

Fan remote control not working properly

I ordered this fan on June 26th 2026 and it delivered on June 28 2026. After installation we verified that fan speed is too slow even on top speed , I suggest to people not to buy this product .you will regret buying this product and moreover amazon just replacing the same product you will not get refund for the purchase.

The product is good but not that fine tune after use of 1-2 months it’s now produced some little bit of noise.

Not worth for the money except the remote use. Very noisy and unwanted click sound always. You feel like you are in ICU with oxygen support. Similar beep sound
