The fan is quite good .i got it at very good price as compared to local market. Am glad i bougjt it at friends suggestion as its quite energy effecient.looks good.BLDC feature makes it more good. Speaker controlled action.comes with a remote which works super good. Speed can be varied in 5 steps.size n opal white colour of the fan is also appreciable.crompton makes a impressive entry in mine house.

Need to service

I purchased a Crompton Energion hyperjet 1200mm BLDC ceiling fan from Amazon.in on 23rd May 2024. Since then, I have raised complaints four times due to the fan repeatedly stopping working. Each time, your engineer visits my home and replaces the BLDC kit. After replacement, the fan works for 3-4 months and then fails again. My concern is that the engineer is only replacing the kit but not identifying the root cause.The BLDC kit continues to get damaged repeatedly, and the same issue keeps coming back. This clearly indicates that the fan unit itself may be faulty. I sent mail to Crompton customer care also. I am not getting proper response. They need to replace this fan. Now after some time warranty will be expire.

Instalation of this crompton hyperjet bldc fan was very simple and it's very cost efficient as it uses 1/3 of most previous gen fan. Has different options for control like remote , mobile or google home or alexa. Just a reminder to remove speed controller from switch as it hinders the use of remote or app.

Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful. Not worth for the money except the remote use. Very noisy and unwanted click sound always. You feel like you are in ICU with oxygen support. Similar beep sound
