Great to keep heat away.
The way I would put this product on the hose is first stretching hose out and wrapping it around then bend to what you need. Some of the Velcro will come loose when bending sharp bends but I get most of the heat reduction then before so I am glad even with any improvement.

Used to wrap around vent tube bend
Used this to wrap afastening. vent pipe at the 90 degree bend. With some work I was able to get this wrapped around the bend and with some other velcro strips my wife sewed, it was held in place using those and it's own velcro fasening system.

A little short and small
you will need to have your machine very close to the window, and be sure to measure your pipe diameter prior to ordering

Very long shipping time.
The item is great,but it took 19 days to make it to me. They did offer a partial refund for the delays.
