What size is the nut that holds wheel onto the bracket? The kit I bought is missing both nuts and I can't find that information anywhere.

Mine was missing hardware too. I just took it to the hardware store and found the correct nut but I don’t remember the size.

Is there a way to get a replacement wheel, one of the wheels broke

Yes, you could simply purchase another complete set - then you would even have a spare wheel in the event another wheel would break.

Will these fit a 16 inch bike?

Yes, but these are junk. Returned them after 2 uses. Wanted to save money, but was a waste.
