At first, I didn’t like the strong sweet taste but then it grew on me. I found it to be as good as watermelon flavor. I enjoyed this product and tried many other electrolyte products. This was the best electrolyte product that really helped my electrolyte imbalance after working out.

First of all I love the flavor. I have tried the likes of Liquid IV and LMNT (and many other brands) and they always disappoint. What stands out with SOS is that it tastes great, like an old school lemonade.Secondly the stick opens easily, mixes quickly and it is presented in clean packaging with concise health information and then I went to their website for their research - they have done their own research and know their stuff.Thirdly the effects of drinking SOS kicked in very quick. My thirst immediately went away, I got some zing in my step and overall I felt good.Well priced at about $1.5 per stick / drink for the hydration, minerals and vitamins. I am now gonna stop using my vitamin tablets and save that money so I cam buy more of these.I am going to try all the flavors now....hello Rainbow Sherbet

This is a great “peach like” flavor. You can add fresh berries or other juice to it as well to make it super custom and hydrating. I ‘might’ add a little vodka in it too when chilling by the pool for the day, but don’t tell anyone….

With this item being created by a doctor, great vitamins, and hydrates one cup to equal three glasses of water... this was a big hype and I'm obsessed! Took it on a summer Disney trip where the heat was averaging 98 degrees each day. Kept us hydrated and safe (especially for our Epcot day). I love it, worth the price

I use a lot of these hydration powders. This one works fine but it is SWEET! I usually prefer a lighter taste. This has a really sweet grape kool-aid taste and is actually a bit overwhelming for me. My jar was less than half full. I know to expect some settling during shipping, but come on! I don't find it to be a value. There's a lot of better options out there. The nutritional value on this item seems good compared to others.
