This the best sleep mask i have ever used. It is extremely comfortable - especially impressive is the strap, which is very easy to adjust and seems to be very well made - and I feel no irritation in the morning. Incredibly simple to connect to BT, adjust volume etc. Plugging in the charging cable is slightly fiddly. But you get used to this. I would highly recommend Alaska Bear!

This band is very comfortable and is one of the best I’ve bought. One snag however is that the led light is not visible so it’s hard to see when it is fully charged. Because of this I would give it 4 stars The sound quality is good and I use it mainly for audio books so the niceties of music production doesn’t bother me

I have been using sleep headphones for the last 2-3 years but this is, by far, the most comfortable product that I have used in this time. Noise quality is excellent also.The team at Alaska Bear are also super-responsive to questions/queries.Great experience all round - highly recommend.

This is an outstanding product, do not get me wrong. The bluetooth speakers within the mask are very thin and you can't feel them if you are a side sleeper. The metal pincher on the nose helps keep the light out from the bottom of the mask. I have gotten many nights of great sleep with this. The speakers are also very easy to remove.The downside is that the elastic at the back starts to get slack after a month or so. I have a faily large noggin and have it on as tight as I can make it and it now slips. I have put a safety pin in the back to give it a few more weeks before I give up and buy a different one with velcro straps instead.

I had gone through my third pair of the other, more common version of these sleep mask headphones when I found these.The other ones kept needing to be replaced due to the thin charging cable and speaker cable wiring and the fact that you need to actually pull out a charging cable to charge them.Every time you do this and then stuff it back inside you’re bound to bend or tangle the wires, and eventually the weakest point in the thin wire gives way and the head phone cable tears and I’ve wound up with broken sleep mask headphones need to be replaced.I’m confident that I won’t have this same problem with these because the charger port itself is part of and connected to the main hub itself, not by a flimsy easily broken wire, so there’s one less wire to wear out and break, which means these should hopefully last considerably longer.The charging port is also accessible by just unzipping a zipper on the top side of mask, which is a great design that’s very convenient.Additionally, the other popular versions are based on head strap that uses a Velcro fastener, and I could never get a strong, comfortable and snug fit on the other models.This would lead to me winding up needing to move the speakers around to balance the sound out when I sleep on my side because the the speaker on the side not facing the pillow wouldn’t be held closely to my ear.This would always make the volume on my pillow side louder than in my non pillow ear.To balance out the volume, I would have to move the speaker on my pillow side away from my ear drum so it was less loud.But this decreases the sound quality and removes all the bass and atmosphere from the music, which makes it less immersive and enjoyable.I love this companies sleep headphones because they’re different, and not just cosmetically!From what I’ve witnessed after buying multiple different pairs from “different companies”, most of the other versions of sleep headphones here on Amazon all use the same headphone and speaker equipment, just tucked into a different sleeve.These are different! The speaker and headphones equipment that’s used in these head phones has noticeably better sound quality. The bass and low end are richer and more full.The speakers are flat and comfortable but I can tell that they’re also not the same.On top of this, the sleep mask itself is more comfortable and strap with a sliding cinch to tighten the mask to your head enables you to create a comfortable, snug fit to your head.This enables the speakers to wind up held close to your eardrums on both sides. This, in turn, solves the problem with the imbalanced volume between your pillow and non pillow ear.Since the strap does a better job of keep the non pillow speaker anchored closer to your ear, the volume between the different sides remains more balanced despite laying your head’s weight on the pillow side speaker.The material these are made out of is also softer, more breathable and feels better strapped against your head.I always found the other ones to be too hot, especially in summer, and I think, because of this, I would often times subconsciously remove them while I was sleeping. Not so with these! They stay comfortable and in place all night until morning!So between the better and more snug, yet comfortable fit, the FAR superior and more immersive sound with much better low end, and the overall experience, I prefer these over all the other versions I’ve tried out to the point where I felt inspired enough to leave this long ass review! 😋The ONLY caveat to any of my praise for these headphones is that the charging light is not easily visible, and from what I can tell, there’s really no way to see when the headphones are fully charged.I plan to charge them every day between nights of sleep, so it’s not all that big of a deal, but if there’s room for improvement it would just to make the charging light more visible and to make sure the unit has a way of clearly indicating when the unit is fully charged.Other than that, these headphones are Awesome and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for some high quality, comfortable sleep headphones!

I’ve been sleeping with a sleep mask, noise machine and lately ear plugs. I’m just a terrible sleeper. Lately, the ear plugs have been causing some inflammation in my ears so I wanted try a sleep mask with the ability to pipe white noise in through the ears. I ordered a few highly rated Bluetooth sleep masks. The main problem was I apparently have a smaller head for an adult and the speakers for the ears would hit the bone behind my ears causing discomfort when I slept on my side. Even with the speakers over my ears, the sound output was weak. Not only does this mask fit my head, it’s soft and the sound quality is excellent. I even have to turn it down a couple notches so it’s not too loud. If you’re in the market, don’t bother with the others. This is the one you want. It’s a little more pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s worth it if you sleep better.

Editing my review with two points: 1) great customer service--they were very helpful and sent me a new headphone to replace the pair that broke, 2) even before connecting with customer service, I ordered a new pair on my own with my own money to replace the broken pair because I like this product so much even though the wire connection is delicate. I've tried some others and this brand/model is my favoriteStarting with the negative: this is the 3rd pair of the same/similar product from this brand because the wire to the earpiece has broken two times (I don't remember why I replaced the first pair). This pair only lasted 3 months, of very normal use and mindful care & now only one ear works. (edit: customer service sent me a new one) They need to strengthen the connection of the wire to the earpiece speaker. I’m going to see if I can contact the company about a warranty or anything. Also, on this model, the speakers go in little inside pockets and the location isn’t very adjustable compared to other models, but the location worked fine for me so it was ok. (edit: actually upon further inspection with flipping the whole thing inside out to see what I could fix, the pocket for the speaker is pretty long, so you should be able to adjust location within it)Positives: before they break, they are very nice! Soft & comfortable. I like the padding for your eyes. The adjustable strap is effective and easy to adjust. The buttons on the front make it easy to pause, change volume, and skip ahead. (edit to add: the charger port is also very convenient and easy to access! i didn't mention in my original review, but I know that's an issue with some other brands)

I love this mask. It’s ultra soft and has a very sturdy charging plug which has been the problem with other Bluetooth sleep masks

I got this because I need some kind of white noise when I am sleeping. It has been good I have used it every night since getting it and it still works perfectly. The only complaint I have is it doesn’t sit right where I need I find myself fixing it a lot on my head before I go to bed. The charging place is also not the easiest to get to.
