Q: Is this the new 8204 movement?

That’s a good question. The case and the face list the 8203 and 8204 calibers, and the one in my watch does hack so it must be the latter. I have no doubt it’s a genuine Myota movement, but you might not be able to tell which version you have without opening the watch (if it doesn’t hack). Whichever you get, it’s a very nice watch. I intend to use it as a diver instead of my modded SKX007-J1.

Q: It says swiss movement, not japanese? is it hack able? seiko automatic divers are not hack able.

Seiko automatic divers ARE indeed hackable. It just depends on what movement it is. My Seiko PROSPEX DIVER SRPD23 (Samurai Great White) is hackable and I think the whole PROSPEX and the “5” series autos are all hackable.
