Good, fresh mince.
Very good mince and very good value. Good use by date on it as well. I use this sometimes instead of beef mince for recipes that use a lot of overpowering ingredients like spices etc .. All tastes the same once I've dosed it up with half of my spice cupboard! Rob :D

Too lean
Call it "lean" minced pork. 5% fat is useless for e.g. sausages. Normal beef is 15-20% fat and at 5% would say "lean" or something. Why are we all terrified of fat and salt here.
