The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around three months. There’s no price on the product page at the time of writing so it’s hard to judge value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your amino needs.

J'ai acheté ses pilules suite à de gros coups de bambou sur le vélo. J'ai faits une cure tout l'hivers et le printemps. Lors de mes sorties, je n'ai plus eu de panne sèche. Bien évidement, je me suis ravitaillé pendant mes sorties et j'ai pu rentrer sans voir de poulets fumés traverser la route devant moi.En Juillet, j'ai arrêté la cure et lors des mes sorties vélo au Pays Basque, j'ai bien ressenti le changement de filière énergétique.J'ai retrouvé mes sensations de mes années de compétition, la vitesse en moins !J'ai quand même mis 5 étoiles même si ma silhouette n'a que très peu changée. Mais comme ce n'est pas la finalité recherchée, ce n'est pas dramatique.
